This is a MS WinXP Pro SP2 system with all the latest updates. The Epson scan to email button only gives me a choice of Outlook Express. Outlook 2003 SP2 with updates is the email client I use and I can't figure out how to make the Epson Scan software aware of Outlook. Outlook is set to be the dafault email client on the Other tab of the options dialog box.
UPDATE: Epson now tells me that the Scan to Email function will not work with Outlook 2003. It does work with Outlook 2000/2002 though. If anyone can figure out how to solve this, they will get the points and a big thank you from me! Outlook 2003 has been around for a long time and is pretty widely used so I can't imagine why Epson wouldn't figure out how to solve this by now.
