How to automatically tell who has not responded to an email?

WE use MS Outlook 2000 SP3.  Is there any way to automatically flag who has not responded to an email request and then re-send the message to that subset?

Hi Ian_Gilbertson,

There's no built-in way to do this in Outlook.  There might be a third-party tool that provides this capability, or if you're good with scripting, or know someone who is, you might be able to write a macro or add-in that'd do this.

Cheers!

Greetings, Ian_Gilbertson !

You can use DidTheyReadIt program to determine if a person has read an email. There is a free trial.

I might be more careful about suggesting programs like that war1.

Programs like those are seen by many as an "invasion of privacy" and by many companies as malware.  Most servers nowadays, by default, block all html code requesting "external" images. (in this case, it is a 1pixel - all white image of a duck)

Our mail server has been successfully setup to block several similar programs for the above reasons.

meintsi, I am answering the Asker question.  Some consider such program as invasion of privacy. Some do not.

Ian,

We have not heard from you. Did any comment help you solve your problem? Do you have any more question? If an Expert helped you, please accept his/her answer above with an excellent or good grade.

Thanks, war1
