How to automatically tell who has not responded to an email?
WE use MS Outlook 2000 SP3. Is there any way to automatically flag who has not responded to an email request and then re-send the message to that subset?

I might be more careful about suggesting programs like that war1.
Programs like those are seen by many as an "invasion of privacy" and by many companies as malware. Most servers nowadays, by default, block all html code requesting "external" images. (in this case, it is a 1pixel - all white image of a duck)
Our mail server has been successfully setup to block several similar programs for the above reasons.
