We are looking to correct an error put in place during ou migration.  Someone mistakenly applied the owner level role accross out entire listing of public folders.  We want to change the account to one of our service accounts.  So on to the question.  Is there a tool that can apply blanket like permissions accross several public folders

If you right-click a Public Folder, and select Manage Settings, the Wizard will offer to propagate permissions after you change them.
