Hi amoscho,

What is it that's disappearing, the jar file or the entire message?

Cheers!

Are there any rules or macros in play that could explain this?  How about Outlook add-ins or third-party tools that use Outlook?

Greetings, amoscho !

You may want to perform a system restore to a day before 2 weeks ago when email jar attachment could be viewed.

Check in the Spam, Trash, and other folders.  Make sure the view in each folder shows all mail, not just unread ones.

Best wishes!
