w32time service missing

I have been having time synchronization problems ever since our power went out for a long period and the servers were not gracefully shut down.  In my attempts to correct the time issues, the computer I was using as the ntp server is now missing the w32time service completely.  Is there anyway to reinstall the service?

Look for the W32Time service as WINDOWS TIME service...

It is very doubtful that the computer is missing the WINDOWS TIME service...this is a default service that is part of the OS.

Thanks so much... that worked perfectly.  I was about to panic since I am having enough trouble with the time issues anyway.
