Call Parent Form's Menu Click Event

I have a windows application - VS2003 - VB.net

On frmMain, I have a tabcontrol. I also have a menu on frmMain. On the tabcontrol, I have a user control. And from the user control, in the code behind, I want to call one of the frmMain menus click event.

I assume it is something like:

Me.ParentForm.Menu...........?

Can anyone help with this?
