Hello,

I run my own webserver, but now I wish to setup my 2nd webserver.

I need a router that has the function so it could detect hostname, eg web1.domain.com, web2.domain.com

And then forward it to the right server.

I dont wish to use different ports eg 80/81.

You need a layer-7 "switch".  Cisco's CSS boxes, perhaps some gear from Extreme, Foundry, etc.

If you're on a "budget", you can't afford them.

Put both sites on the same server and let it do name-based virtual hosting.  End of story.
