Windows 2000 and Windows XP

I know that in Windows 98, you run "msconfig" to see which application runs at start-up from the registry.

Is there a built-in utility in Windows 2000 and XP where it will allows you to see
which application is being loaded at start-up from the redistry and that you can disable it ?

WinXP also has msconfig.exe.  You can copy it to a Win2K system and use it there:
