e-mail hangs for one user out of 200

I have one user (out of 200) that when she sends email, especially replies, it hangs for 20-30 seconds with the hourglass spinning.  We use Exchange Mail.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?  I have tried the following:

New Computer, fresh install, problem existed on Old computer and New Computer
Outlook 2002 and 2003, Problem exists with either version
New Network cable and Jack, Problem exists with either connection
Various Editors: HTML, Word, and Plain Text, problem exists with any editor
Mail is set to “send immediately when connected”
Verified all network paths and printers are valid
Checked Event Viewer for errors, nothing unusual
Verified other programs running, standard departmental
She has no Viruses, Spyware, toolbars, etc.
She has no e-mail signatures, backgrounds, or rules

Greetings, kessdarln !

Did you create a new profile in the new computer?  If not, create a new Outlook and Exchange profile.  It is likely the old profile is corrupt.

Best wishes!

I've created a new computer profile, which did not help.   I am a Desktop Support Admin and not an Exchange Admin so I am not familiar with Outlook and Exchange profiles.  Would this change the availability of the email and addresses in her e-mail on the exchange server?  She is an executive and I would not want to lose any saved mail and addresses.
If you create a new Outlook profile and Exchange profile, you will have to drag the emails and addresses from the old profile.
Ok.  I understand what you mean.  e-mail account on the computer.  Sorry didn't follow at first.  I do not believe this is the solution because I've provided her with a new computer and created the email account at that time.  Any other thoughts?
