Windows 2003 server password

hi how are you every body i have big problem .. i have dell server with OS Windows 2003 server , and my problem that when i came to the company i found the old administrator was changed the admin password for server and he now left the company, the server contain very important programe it need to reconfigure it but i can't enter to the windows to make change ...so please please help me..thanks for every body...

D you have any idea that are you using FAT or NTFS Primary partition on windows 2000.

For Windows 2003 you can use this method to reset the password if you lost it.

i'm using win2003 server with NTFS for both partition..

ok thank you for quick response , i have another problem i have client he use pc with XP windows but without domain and he told me he change the admin password but he couldnot remember it and want me to let him access how can i solve this problem please help....
