okay, I have the bitmap editor open and can use it to edit the image. &nbsp;But I am having a heck of a time getting the elipse tool to do what I want. &nbsp;I thought I would click and drag to create the elipse. &nbsp;But that doesn't work. &nbsp;Any ideas?<br />

I guess I closed that other question prematurely. &nbsp;I do need to edit a bitmap file within the VS image editor, but I don't know how to open it. &nbsp;Can someone provide me the menu commands or mouse commands to open the editor?<br />

Editing an image in VS 2003
