hi all,

one of our users has an issue that whenever he is sending an email with attachment , his attachment is shown in the message body rather then in the line below CC or BCC.

Previously, according to him the attachment used to appear below CC or BCC but recently it has started to show up in message body.

Does anyone know from where i can get this correct i cant seems to find any place in Outlook. Thanks in advance

In Outlook > Options > mail Format Tab - please note the settings.

If Mail format is selected as HTML and to use word as editor, you will get this facility. There are other combinations as well.
