Error in Creating MySQL Connection Pool in Weblogic serve

I am getting Error while creating MySQL Connection Pool in Weblogic server.

OS is WindowXP
Database is in Linux.

Error :
weblogic.common.ResourceException: weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not
create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: Access denied for user 'sri'@'' (using password: YES)

How to solve this problem ? Could you please give me hint.

Looks like that user does not have a login for the database. Check that login exists and password is correct, and crete it if not there already.
mySQL also sets limits on which hosts a user can connect from. So in the example youve printed, you got the user 'sr' connecting from host ''. Unless this IP address has been explicitly been granted access, this user can’t connect from that host (even if the username and password are correct.

I assume your mySQL server is not on the same machine as your weblogic server? mySQL automatically adds 'localhost' as a granted host, but if this is not the case in your situation, you’ll need to explicitly add the host name/IP address your attem5tpign to connect from.
