I am getting Error while creating MySQL Connection Pool in Weblogic server.<br />

OS is WindowXP<br />
Database is in Linux.<br />

Error : <br />
weblogic.common.ResourceEx<wbr />ception: weblogic.common.ResourceEx<wbr />ception: Could not<br />
create pool connection. The DBMS driver exception was: Access denied for user 'sri'@'202.122.16.44' (using password: YES)<br />

How to solve this problem ? Could you please give me hint.<br />
