Migration from Windows 2000 with Exchange to SBS 2003

I have at client how has a Windwos 2000 Server running as a Domain Controller
and also running Exchange 2000. Now the server is up for a replacement, so
the plan is for the new server to run SBS 2003.

How do I go about transfering the domain info and user accounts ?

And how do I get from Exchange 2000 to the Exchange 2003 in the SBS 2003 ?

Hope some one has some good tips for me :-)

As you intend to migrate more than just exchange,  there is http://www.sbsmigration.com/ that can be of great help.

Your best migration method would be to follow the instructions from www.sbsmigration.com if you want to retain the internal domain name.  The Microsoft method at http://sbsurl.com/migrate would require that you change domain names.

Other than changing the domain name, the sbsmigration method can be done at an easier pace... because it doesn't require that you have ANY down time on your network.
