mapped network drive not visible in explorer but seems ok when viewing net use command



Client : Windows XP
DOMAIN : WIN NT

some users loose their drive during workday. without any reason.
the problem is only since a few days.
when i type net use i can see al drives that are mapped in the logonscript.
but when i go to explorer then they are not visible.
if i go to Start -> run -> p:  an error apears that the drive doesnt exist

nothing found on technet.

i changed Client to another switch... I'll post the results here in few days

Solution found:

- all updates after installing SP2
- replacing user from 10MB Hub to 100MB Switch
