Is it possible to create canned emails, canned reply's or canned messages that can be used in Outlook 2003?<br />

Is there an alternative Email program that is for Corporate Mail Messaging that utilitzes an Internet Mail system without using Exchange, Groupwise or Lotus Notes Server style technology?<br />
<br />
Outlook just doesn't fit all of my needs as a company and there are some wonderful feature ideas that could help solve time management issues. &nbsp;The idea of having the calendar, contact and email in on program is a handy tool.<br />

Outlook Canned Emails
