How to setup SSL

I have Outlook Web Access 2003 up and running but not SSL.  Obviously I've never setup SSL so would someone please show me how?

-Is SSL integrated in Windows or do I have to purchase from a vendor?  Which vendor do you recommend?
-Will I need to do anything on the client's side after the installation of SSL?

Thanks very much in advance!

Is Outlook Web Access running on the Exchange server itself or an Exchange front-end server?

Do you have an ISA firewall or another firewall?

These links are walkthroughs but we'll need your specific setup to be sure:

OWA is running on the Exchange server itself.

We have a Cisco Pix firewall.
