Getting VS2003's image editor to use 24 colors

Hi,

I need to be able to choose from 24 colors when I edit bitmaps inside VS 2003, and was hoping to find out how to change the palette to support 24 colors.  Does anybody know?

Thanks,
Bob

Hi  ba272;

You can change the number of colors from Monochrome, 16, 256, or True and that can be done while the Bitmap Editor is displayed in the IDE then go to the Properties Window and click on the Colors text box and then click on the down arrow at the right of the window. Select 256 to fill your pallet with colors.

Fernando,

I can't seem to find the Properties Window.  How do I open it?

From the main IDE Window click on the menu item View at the top of the window. Then click on the Properties Window menu item. Remember to have the Bitmap Editor in the IDE first.
