Authentication over and over again

Ok I have a brand new system for the boss. This has never happened to me before...I've checked the DNS and IP settings on the box and they are correct......Everytime I open outlook...the connecting to exchange server box comes up wanting her network password..once i put it in...everything works fine till I shut down and open it again....I"m stumped on this one.....

    In Outlook account settings you may ned to remove the password.Close and reopen outlook and ignoring the request for password, access account settings and enter the password and save with the remember password option.
