Replication rejection of 2 DC's

Two 2003 Server SP1 w/ all updates.
They ping eachother fine.
DNS is functional and the settings are correct

Used the Replication Monitor, DFS Ultility, and  Replication Diagnostics and found problems. Both DC's are rejecting the replication.

I ran a nonauthoritative restore BurFlags registry fix on both controlers with no success.
   This did remove Journal errors...

I have not run an authoritative restore.

Monitor tells me this:
8456 The source server is currently rejecting replication requests.
8457 The destination server is currently rejecting replication requests.

Still pluggin way at this.. Much help in any fashion would be greatfull...

First is a Repadmin tool. Secons is the DcDiag to readout. Simply looks like replication became disabled.
Any best practices on how to get this back up and replicating happily?

After enabling using the repadmin tool I am getting systemlog failures.

They both pass all other tests except for these!

Everything looks good in terms on passing replicated data.

Two things happening now.. Not biggies, so I am out of hot water and now looking at some clean up time.

1. DCDiag still giving me systemlog failure.

(Event String could not be retrieved)
         ......................... CONSOL_1 failed test systemlog

2.UserEnv Events servers and most all PC's started happening.

ok those dcdiag errors are from errors in the event logs, clear them all then run dcdiag, post any fresh errors that appear after you clean the logs :)

replciation errors can sometimes take time to simply update and clear also, which would explain success now

AD took a nose dive and fully crashed. We had to call MS premier suppport and thne run through a demote and promote of the DC's.
What a joy that was.
All is well now except I am having a few exchange problems that I will post int eh exchange forum next.

Thanks for your help.
