Formating sbs server

I am a new technician in small office 10 users.

SBS 2003 + exchange.

The server installed by another thecnician a half year ago with default installation.
The server looks very simple; 10 users + mailboxes + login script.

We have many problems with current installation so we decided to format and reinstall the server.

I want to do it without interrupting the users and in work hours.

If it is not posible to do it within work hours then what is the shortest, safest, and easiest way to do that.

Thank You!

One possibility is to use http://www.sbsmigration.com/ to "Redeploy SBS 2003"

The ONLY option if you want to do it without disruption and within work hours is www.sbsmigration.com.

I wouldn't doubt that someone installed it wrong to begin with... since that's a farily common occurance.  Usually it's someone that has lots of server and network experience but has never laid eyes on an SBS.

Be sure to follow the best practices to reinstall (http://sbsurl.com/install)  and if you want a good guide book along the way:  http://sbsurl.com/best -- although you will get some pretty good guidance from the SBSMigration folks as well.

Good luck!
