Fdisk and backup in Linux?

How do I back up and then Fdisk an installed Fedora Core 5 install if there is no other Windows programs on the system?

I use Mondo to backup my Fedora server...works great... http://www.mondorescue.org/

For fdisk and many other useful utilities download and burn UBCD http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
It's a bootable CD that will let you fdisk. You could also make a boot floppy for this.
