change space betwen form footer and details
I have a form where i have detailed records and a form footer. There is always some space between the end of the details and where the form footer starts how do i eleimintae that space so the form footer information moves right up to where te last detailed record ends.
hi,
Select all the fields and labels displayed in the details section and make their height say .25 cm in the properties tab. also make sure that the "Can Grow" property is set to yes. By doing this you have selected a minimal display size but one that can grow if required.
minimise the details section by moving the footer section header up as much as possible. This will ensure that the detail and the footer will be a s close as possible.
Run / view the form

does it matter that the form is subform on another form. I moved the footer information has close to the details as possible. There is always about an inch of space between footer and details with a horizontal line before the footer info.

Hello, for a subform, the "size to fit" is obtained through the subform's control. If you double-click the resize handles of the subform control, it will "size to rit" as well...
Cheers!

Doesn't "Window / Size to fit form" work? Or for that matter the "Autosize" property of the form?
