Is there a simple solution so that FileCopyEx function has a parametable bandwidth limitation when I copy a file (from)to a network disk ?

The tempting, but wrong thing to do would be to throttle progress in the copy progress routine. I suspect you'll need to implement your own client+server for the file copy.
