How to use a proxy setting or other feature in SBS to limit internet usage

I have a SBS and all clients log into this domain.  Is there a way to setup a list of approved web sites these machine may visit and just block everything else via a restrictive policy on the pare of the server ??

I have seen this often in large companies PC.  I am wanting to limit internet usage down to like 10 to 15 sites only to stop people from just playing around and / or checking personal email and shopping, etc.

Any ideas on how to achieve this ????

SBS Premium Edition comes with ISA Server which does exactly that.  There are other products out there that will do a similar thing, such as www.winproxy.com.
