Palm Treo emails blank from I-Notes

I have a palm treo 650 that receives my email automatically from Lotus notes.  If the email is sent via I-Notes, the email appears blank on my treo.  any suggestions?

    I would check the conversion opton to see how it is being converted when sent as SMTP. Try a frew options.
    In the Location Doc
    Format for messages addressed to internet addresses: Mme or Notes.

    Also there are conversion options on the Domino Server.

    Talk to your Notes Admin.
