Is their an easy way to collect the full system information from dell servers that do not have the Dell openmanage

Msinfo works for remote machines - try it, it's easy - as long as you have access to the machine - and it gives a lot more info than PSINFO

Just to be clear - I believe MSINFO32 /? will show you a help screen.  Otherwise, you can also try WINMSD /? (WinMSD technically is depreciated but the command still works).
