My firm has an "everyone" distribution list that is over used. Can we restrict who can send emails to that list?

    Accepted Solution

Assuming these lists are not already restricted.
Go into the list properties via Active Directory users and computers.
The Exchange General tab lets you set restrictions.

Either list ONLY those who CAN use the list, or allow use by everyone EXCEPT those you list.

    Good luck.
