    Greetings, gisvpn !

In Outlook Express, you can select Leave a copy of message on server, and then Pocket PC and Mobile 5 will be able also to download the emails.  Go to Tools > Accounts. Highlight the account, and make the change in the Advanced tab.

The above will sync your Inbox.  To sync the Sent mail, you need to send a copy of sent email to yourself.  Then the two mobile devices will pick up the copy.  Then in your mobile devices, you can then filter them to the Sent folder.

    Best wishes!

You want to sync existing emails and contacts?  For contacts, you can export Outlook Express address book as CSV file, then import the file to Pocket PC.

The only way I know to export emails from Outlook Express to Pocket PC is to forward them one by one.
