Public Folder redirection

My customer wants to be able to send emails to their clients and have it be put on a public folder.  I know how to create a public folder but unsure how they would transfer sent mails to there for public view.

You can create a rule in Outlook 2003 that checks messages after sending.
Based on the criteria your customer specifies, the rule can move the message to a specific (public) folder.

I am sorry - Yes, using Exchange 2000 on 2000 network.
