How do I include a picture in an e-mail

I would like to include a picture in an e-mail.  Not as an attached file, but in the body of the text.  I want the picture (jpeg) to be displayed when the e-mail is opened.  How can I do this?

highlight the photo do a ctrl-c go to the text body of your email and do ctrl-v (copy and paste)---most email programs will let you do it this way.....let me know if this doesn't work.

Greetings, scompese !

What email client are you using?  Outlook or Outlook Express?  If you set Outlook to HTML format, you can insert a picture into email body.  If you set Outlook Expres to Rich Text/HTML format, you can insert a picture.

Best wishes!

If you are using outlook or thunderbird and/or your recipient is using either as well, just attaching the picture (jpeg) and sending it will show up in the 'body' of the email below the text or above, however you have it set up.

let us know what email program you are running through and then we'll definately be able to help you out.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Doesnt matter what email client you use.  Go to the picture in file manager, and right click on it --
right click --> Send to --> Mail recipient

Now when window opens, do you want to resize pictures, always say YES, it will scale them down to 640x480 which is ideal for viewing in mail.  Then it opens your mail client with all pictures attached.  This is NEAT !!

To select more than one, you need all in same directory, highlight all you want, then right click, do same.  This is great way to scale and send pictures via email -- we now use it all the time, nothing better.

scompese,

With Earthlink Total Access, you can only send picture as attachment.  Sorry!
