show record from listbox in a label

hello,
I have a listbox and one label. the listbox has
name1
name2
name3
name4
When I select a name I would like the label to
show the selected name, how can I do that?

On the "SelectedIndexChange" event of the ListBox say....
Label1.Text=ListBox1.SelectedItem

yeah working, but is there a way to display something before the name like this ??
Label1.Text = "-->" ListBox1.SelectedItem
