upgrade from SBS to Windows Full Server

After upgrading from SBS 2003 to Windows server 2003 my customer has parts of the server working Ok and other parts failing.

In the installed system components there still is a small business server component with no remove option

The server management console does not allow changes to parts the server and it makes references to both small business server and windows server

The configuration and settings appear to have transferred over successfully on the whole apart from problems with SharePoint and a loss of the Intranet.

Please advise best course of action to get server management console working correctly and to reconnect Intranet
