Change Laptop's Wireless LAN Channel (XP Home)

My desktop PC (XP Pro) has a Belkin WiFi utility which allows me to change which channel the wireless network is using. On my Acer laptop I can not find anywhere in Windows to change the channel of the built in wireless LAN card?. Any idea's where the channel can be changed?.

Thanks
Paul.

Usually you can change the channel, by going to the Device Manager - Properties for Your network adapter - Advanced - Channel (or equal)
Some network adapters dont have this feature, but I noticed that they change their channel automaticly as long as the country settings are right (in the same section as above)
