I seem to be having an issue using the &quot;subinacl&quot; command to enable a user access to stop and start the print spooler. &nbsp;This is what i have<br />

subinacl /service spooler /grant=domainA\test=TOP<br />
<br />
It seems to be coming back with 1 modified 1 failed on the output. &nbsp;Am i doing something wrong? &nbsp;Is there a better way?<br />
