It's a function of the web browser and not your internet connection.

    Hello fitzsurfs,

As noted by the previous expert, it does sound like this is a web browser issue and probably one of several things is happening (or not happening).  I'm assuming you're using a version of Windows, most likely XP.

First, you're browser isn't automatically opening upon connection.
You can simply fix that by either double-clicking on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop or finding it within your Start menu.  Once the browser loads type in into the address bar to access their website.  You can also set your homepage to anything you like by going to Tools>Internet Options.

Second, your browser opens, but no page loads.
This can be a more difficult program to diagnose if you're getting a connection but you can't load ANY internet sites.  This is usually a DNS error.  If this is happening, let us know so we can more accurately troubleshoot it.

    Good luck!
