Our group uses Outlook 2000 and are connected by a LAN. My questions is, using our Intranet site, can I provide a link that will open Outlook and load a particular form from the organizational forms library?

    Accepted Solution

    Greetings, gwr477 !

You can create a link to open an Outlook folder, but not a load a form

    /select foldername

    For example:

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar

Note: Office11 is for Outlook 2003. Outlook.exe will be in a different subfolder for Outlook 2000

    outlook /select "outlook:Inbox\Old Messages"

    Best wishes!
