How do I set prevent my 1320TN HP printer from reverting to the second paper tray when paper runs out of first?

We just got a new 1320TN HP printer with three paper trays - (1) manual feed (2) letter/legal paper tray (3) letter/legal paper tray. It appears that when the default paper tray (which is the add on tray 3) runs out of paper, it uses the paper in tray 2.  How can I change this so that it doesn't?  We want to put letterhead or other forms in the nondefault paper tray 2.

Define tray 2 as type "letterhead". Leave tray 3 as tyrp "Plain". Then tray 2 won't be used for jobs that ask for plain letter paper, which is the normal default type. It will only be used if you request letterhead paper in your job.
