How can i write pro gram to up load file with is very big such as 800 M with php it a sing le file

you can upload huge files using php but you will have to make changes in the php.ini file to allow the
memory etc

The alternative is to use a .htaccess file in the root of your site
1) create file named ".htaccess" in root folder (unless one already exists)
2) add the following line
php_value upload_max_filesize "20M"
This will again only change the local setting but will apply it to every file on your site without having to use ini_set
