Reshare mount on server to clients

Heres a basic description of our network setup:

Win 2003> Switch > PC Network
                   |----- > Xserve>Mac Network

(excuse the bad drawing)

What I would like to do is share a folder that resides on the windows server to the rest of the mac network, but make it look to the mac clients as though it is on the xserve. i.e. connect to server> "xserve" and see the mount listed there. Any way to do this without duplicating the data from the windows server to the xserve's storage?

Sorry, forgot to mention the xserve is running os x serve 10.4.6

Assuming you are familiar with how to setup sharepoints on OS X server, you could mount the sharepoint on the windows server via Samba on the OS X server.  Once that is done, go to Workgroup Manager to add it as a sharepoint.

I will warn you that this method is not very efficient...the best way would be for mac clients to mount the 2003 server via Samba directly rather than using up resources on the Xserve.

Tried to use WGM to share it, but didn't show up there. Used SharePoints instead from and it worked fine
