Installing an Application and giving access to all clients on the network

I have a sbs 2003 permuim I have the system setup with 12 clients and I only have 5 cals. i need to have each user to have access to each Application on the server. I know it should be simple but I am having problems. I also need to add a shared file.

Well, you need to get more CALs!  It's that simple.

I am sorry I only have 3 of the 12 on the server now and I can not see any of the Applications from the clients that are connected the network.

You can't 'SHARE" Office from the server.  It needs to be installed on each machine.  In fact, you should NOT have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on an SBS.  Especially Outlook, it'll break Exchange.

I don't know the installation requirements for ChildPlus, but a quick look at it's site shows that it's either running on MSDE or SQL, but you would still need a "client" installed on the workstations.
