Is this a good seo package - or not?
I have been offered the following search engine optimization package and was hoping to get some feedback on it:
1 full site analysis & recommendations
2 keyword research for target keyword set (maximum 30 keywords)
3 top 10 competitive analysis
4 initial website traffic analysis
5 pre seo placement report
6 html & css validation
7 site map submission to google & Yahoo!
8 robots.txt file creation
9 title, description & keyword tags optimization

It seems very comprehensive, but I'm no expert and was hoping to get some feedback from you guys as to whether this is a good offering, is it too comprehensive/ over the top? Is it missing key components?

It's a nice offering imho. Are your "website submission" tasks done manually, or using a automated submission engine?
The pre seo placement report sounds like a big job in itself, before you dive into implementation. I would be interested to see how your rates are structured. Seems to me as this would make a great package offering for companies who are looking for an ongoing seo solution.

Goes through everything i would.
One thing i would say is missing is organic content creation. If the case may be that you have a lot of content this will not matter.
With this directory submissions i would not put a limit on that just keep submitting, I add 5 per week for my clientsso as not to .
