Domino email addresses incorrect with domains

Hello all,

I'm by no means a Domino admin, but have been asked to help migrate from Exchange to Domino and Sametime (Domino 7.0.1).

All appears to install and work, we're only supporting one domain and initially deploying Domino for internal and internet email.  I believe this is a straight, simple enterprise server install (maybe the enterprise server config is an issue?).

Anyway, we have installed Domino and created users - internal email seems fine, but external email is taking the form <username>/<Domain>%<DOMAIN>@<internet_domain>.  This is pretty frustrating (and I guess easy to resolve) as it stops our migration of internet email (and also means external email looks flawed).

Please can somebody advise how I can configure our server to simply send email out as <username>@<internet_domain>.

As I said, I have no read Domino expertise, so have no idea about how to change things other than through the Domino Admin desktop.

You need to change the Info on the COnversions Tab of your Global Domain Doc

See the Admin Help.
Here is a sample
Alternate Internet domain aliases:
Internet address lookup:
If disabled or no match,      Enabled
      convert as follows:
Local part formed from:      Short name
Domino domain(s) included:      None
Domino domain(s) position:      Left of '@'
Domino domain separator:      . - period
Address example:      "Jane M. Doe" <JMD@acme.com>

I hope this helps !
