Veritas / Symantec Backup Exec 10.1d - restoring a domain controller

Does anybody know of a good article or whitepaper on how to restore a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain controller?  The server is currently being backed up with the remote agent from a central server.  The restore would have to be carried out in a similar method - restoring it remotely.

    It all comes down to the System state - this is the key information for an active directory domain controller.
