Nic configration lost ethtool etho show  No data available

Hello All,
Nic configuration lost ethtool etho show No data available .When I type the command ethtool eth0 i get a message that no data available...I am not sure how to fix that this redhat machine and it is in production environment .Please let me know how to fix this issue .Thanks

    what does 'ifconfig' show at the command line?

    i found the answer to my question i was try to run the ethtool eth0 ,ethtool is installed but not configure when i ran the command mii-tool eth0 i was able to see the nic configuration .Thanks,Can you please close this request Thanks
