VB Script needed to delete all folders in C:\Documents and Settings except specific folders

I am new at scripting and I need a Visual Basic Script to delete all folders in c:\Documents and Settings Except:

Administrator
All Users
Default user
Network Service
Local Service

Thanks for your help, but this is not homework.  I have recently graduated and I am working on a new job as a Technical Analyst, unfortunately my cirriculum did not require me to know programming.
