Problem sending email by AIX.

When i send a email by my AIX 5.3 server, i have this error:

1$ mail -v dcauchon@icc.qc.ca                                        
Subject: test of mail                                              
dcauchon@icc.qc.ca... Connecting to mail.icc.qc.ca. via esmtp...    
dcauchon@icc.qc.ca... Deferred: Connection refused by mail.icc.qc.ca.

How i resolve this problem.

Hi icctechnologies,

It appears that the mail server at icc.qc.ca isn't accepting your connection request.

Check the other system's ACL as well as your routers/firewalls.
