asp.net 1.1 c# request server variable problem

What is wrong with this?

string strIP = Request.ServerVariables("REMOTE_ADDR").ToString();

error:  'System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection' does not contain a definition for 'ServerVariables'

how do I get this to work?
