IN VB6 FORCING A FORM TO POP-UP OVER ALL OPEN APPLICATIONS

I have a VB6 program sitting uin taskbalk,  then on a timerevent if a file exist it will open a (text)-file in a richtextbox/form,
using the command  Me.WindowState = vbNormal  it will reshow,but  under any application then open on screen (word or excel e.g.)  how to force it to show on top off this when it popup?
