I have a 2003 SBS If reinstall exchange on small business server will i loose my data

My exchange is acting all wierd as of late. If I go to control panel, add remove programs and then to add/remove components then choose small business server i get the opportunity ot re-install exchange. Will i loose my current config by doing so or will it act as a repair device to possible fix what is not working exactly like it should?
